Carol A. Sweeney
Carol A. Sweeney graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a B.A. in 1978, and Delaware Law School of Widener University in 1984. Carol began her legal career with the Montgomery County District Attorney's Office, where she became the first female prosecutor to be appointed the head of the Montgomery County Narcotic Enforcement Team Prosecution Unit. In 1991, Carol was promoted to Co-Chief of Trials, supervising 16 Assistant District Attorneys, and handling her own case-load. In 1992, Carol joined a private practice where she handled cases including: family court matters, criminal defense, construction litigation, civil litigation, juvenile matters, and representation of the Police Chiefs Association of Montgomery County. Additionally, Carol served for five years as a hearing officer and chair of the hearing committee for the Disciplinary Board of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania.
Sharon R. Meisler
Sharon R. Meisler earned dual baccaulrate degrees from Temple University in 1981, and earned her Juris Doctor from New England School of Law in 1984. Sharon has experience handling involuntary mental health commitments, state parole hearings, juvenile delinquency/dependency hearings, guardian ad litem appointments, jury trials, bench trials, violation of probation/parole hearings, and appellate work. Sharon teaches courses in criminal justice, criminal procedure, criminal law, and ethics. Sharon volunteers her time to train new, as well as, practicing, trial attorneys at the Pennsylvania Public Defenders Association, Philadelphia Public Defenders, and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, Sharon is a member of the State Parole Workgroup for the Pennsylvania Commission on Sentencing.
Sharon is admitted to practice law by the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, Third Circuit Court of Appeals, United States District Court, Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

Anita M. Seth
Anita graduated from Temple University in 2004, and earned her Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law in Delaware, in 2008. Anita is the recipient of the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award, and the Widener Law Public Service and Advocacy Award.
Since graduation, Anita has become experienced representing criminal clients at preliminary hearings, suppression hearings, sentencing hearings, violation of probation/parole hearings, and bench trials.
Anita is admitted to practice law in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
